FAHAFAHANA is a Malagasy clothing brand between modernity and tradition.

Born from the desire to update age-old know-how and to revisit Malagasy Identity.

A rewriting in the respect of craftsmen.

It makes you discover its mixed-race world and its passion for history, through motifs that have stood the test of time, skills that have crossed shores and oceans, and a timeless and borderless style.

Each piece is unique, because it is handmade, meticulously embroidered and decorated with beads.

FAHAFAHANA uses a more ethical and humane way of producing clothes, using sustainably made textiles (linen, cotton, crepe, silk). The pieces are produced in limited series in small workshops in a familial and jovial atmosphere.

The brand trains women in ancestral malagasy needleworking methods, paying each employee fair wages in the respect of fair trade.

FAHAFAHANA means freedom, it is an Ode to Freedom.
